Privacy Policy

FixFly ("we", "us", "the app") is an AI photo and video generation app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled. If you have questions, contact us at konansulx@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account. By default you use the app anonymously, identified only by a random installation identifier generated on your device — no name, email or password required. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and the email address Apple provides (which may be a private relay address).
• Photos and content you provide. Images you upload and the prompts you enter are used to generate your result. They are sent to our AI provider for processing and stored temporarily so we can deliver the output to you.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and coin packs are processed by Apple. We receive and store transaction identifiers needed to grant and verify your purchases. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Usage and device data. Through Firebase Analytics we collect app-interaction events (e.g. screens opened, generations started), device model, operating-system version, app version, language and approximate region (derived from IP, at country level), and a random app-instance identifier.
• Advertising and measurement. To understand which ads bring people to FixFly, we use the TikTok Business SDK. If — and only if — you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, it accesses your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and reports app events (such as registration, viewing our offers, and purchases, including the amount) to TikTok so our ad campaigns can be attributed and measured. This is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising. If you decline the prompt, the IDFA is not accessed. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Notifications. If you enable push notifications, we store your device push token so we can tell you when a generation is ready.

2. How we use your information

• To generate the photos/videos you request and deliver the results.
• To process and verify your purchases and subscriptions.
• To send notifications you have enabled.
• To understand how the app is used and improve it.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and violations of our Terms.

3. Service providers

Before any image is sent to a third-party AI service, the app tells you in a consent screen what is sent and to whom, and you must agree to continue. We rely on the following providers, who process data only to provide their part of the service. Each is bound by its own agreement to keep your data confidential, to use it solely to deliver its part of the service, and to protect it to a standard consistent with this policy; none of them uses your photos or prompts to train their models on our behalf:

• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — processes your uploaded photos and prompts to generate images and videos.
• Kling AI (Kuaishou Technology) — for certain video templates (such as the dance effects, which copy a reference movement onto your photo), your uploaded photo is processed on Kling's servers, operated by Kuaishou Technology in China. Only templates that require this feature use Kling; others are generated by Google Cloud.
• Microsoft Azure — hosts our backend and stores generated media and uploads.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases and push notifications.
• Google Firebase Analytics — usage analytics.
• TikTok (TikTok Business SDK) — advertising attribution and measurement, as described in section 1. Receives app events and, with your ATT permission, your Advertising Identifier.

4. Data retention

Uploaded photos and generated results are automatically deleted from our storage after approximately 14 days. Account records (including purchases) are kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).

5. Your rights and account deletion

You can request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated data by emailing konansulx@gmail.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time. Deleting the app removes locally stored data; to also remove server-side data, please contact us.

6. Children

FixFly is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country by the providers listed above. In particular, when you use a video template powered by Kling AI, the photo you upload is processed in China by Kuaishou Technology. By using the app, and by choosing such a template, you consent to this processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in the app or here.
